Looking for tax forms? You can find the federal and state forms you need linked below and print them off at the library. You can print up to five pages of tax forms for free. We may have a limited number of paper forms as well, available for pick up starting in late January.

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA)
VITA offers free tax preparation and filing for households who make $58,000 or less. IRS-certified volunteers provide basic income tax return preparation. Schedule an appointment online or call Goodwill Industries to schedule: 574-800-1361.
IRS Free File
IRS Free File is software from the IRS that helps you file your taxes electronically for free. For households who make $73,000 or less, guided tax preparation is also available.
INfreefile
INfreefile was developed in 2003 by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and tax preparation software vendors. INfreefile allows customers with lower adjusted gross incomes (AGI) to file their federal and state taxes for free using simple question and answer type software.
