Fine Free Policy
No fines are charged but a patron is responsible for the cost of any unreturned item.
Here’s how it works:
Two Overdue Notices (via email or text)
Any item can be renewed once. When an item is past due, a first notice will be sent using your chosen notification method (email or text). If there is no response within a week, a second overdue notice is sent.
If there is no response to the second overdue notice, the items will be considered long overdue and your account will be unusable until the item(s) are returned, or the unreturned item(s) are paid for. Parents are responsible for children’s accounts.
