Fine Free Policy
No fines are charged but a patron is responsible for the cost of any unreturned item.
Here’s how it works:
Two Overdue Notices
Most items may be renewed at least once, except for museum passes. If an item becomes overdue, we will send a first notice to the email address on file. If there is no response within one week, a second overdue notice will be sent by email.
If there is no response to the second overdue notice, the items will be considered long overdue and your account will be unusable until the item(s) are returned, or the unreturned item(s) are paid for. Parents are responsible for children’s accounts.
