Summer Reading Program

Summer Reading is for EVERYONE with a library card at Middlebury Community Public Library (residents, non-residents and reciprocal). We will start June 1st with Summer Reading registrations and programs will begin June 2nd with Roz Puppets. The final day to turn in reading logs will be July 17th. Registration for programs will begin May 24th.

New this year is At Home Kits for Summer Reading. Each week two kits will be available. The first kit is our Library @Home Kit. This kit is similar to a summer reading program that Ms. Beth would run at the library. The books will be available via Hoopla for the kits (available to all resident and non-resident card holders) and most of the craft supplies will be included. The second type of kit will be the Young Learner’s @ Home Kit. This kit will focus on fun science activities. Registration for kits will begin May 24th (and is required). The first kits will be available June 3rd.
